New Year's Eve morning our furnace stopped working. Below zero windchill and an inside temp of 59 degrees. Called the heating and cooling company that we had used in the past and was told that they couldn't help me today and their first available service call would be Wednesday. Called another well advertised heat and cooling Rochester company and same thing. Saw a TV ad for Hawn and thought I would give a try. And I am so happy I did. Bill is an awesome service technician and got us up and running. Very knowledgeable and polite. We will use Hawn for all of our future heat and cooling needs.

Larry is a superior Hawn employee. Not only did he show up on time, but he called ahead to ask if I needed any furnace filters (my furnace uses an unusual size). While cleaning my furnace he found several issues that he fixed and since then my house has been so much more comfortable. The true test will be when we experience another 'polar vortex', but from what I can tell so far, I believe I will be spared the cold house I experienced during the first one.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for doing what you say you would do, when you said it would be done, for the price you quoted.

I called four places on Monday to get pricing for a water heater. Your ad in the Yellow Pages was the only one I called that did not say "Same Day Service". Hawn was the only one that could provide same day service.

The water heater was replaced on Monday by one of your technicians, Tom. Dealing with Tom was a great experience. He was right on time, explained everything that he would be doing, answered all my questions and he cleaned up everything afterwards. It is also clear he is very knowledgeable about his profession. Tom even remembered my dog from two years ago when he quoted moving a couple of heat runs. That job also went quite well.

No one likes spending money on a leaking water heater. Your employees made it as painless as possible. My wife and I thank your company for the fast response, fair price and friendly personnel that came to our home. You will be our first call for any future work.
