I have been a Hawn customer for many years, had a new boiler and hot water heater installed 5 years ago. Hawn has always been most responsive to any request I have made. They are informed and courteous. I have never felt that any question I had was too trivial to be answered.

Doug Hawn was the most honest and knowledgeable business owner I have ever met! We are only using Hawn for our home. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. He actually saved us money, when purchasing a hot water heater. He suggested a heater that would meet our needs.
