Our recently installed Navian Condensing Boiler shut down at 5 am on the coldest day of the year. We found the Error Code displayed and Reset the system. It worked for a short time then shut down and would not Reset so we put in emergency No Heat Call to Hawn. Hawn sent out the installation tech to our home and he arrived within hours on time and as scheduled. Mike diagnosed the problem and got our Heat Back On. Thanks Hawn Team, you are ALL THE BEST.

My husband and I were in New York City for a week long get away and Rochester was going through a cold snap. Our house sitter discovered the house temperature was dropping radically. She let us know and we contacted Hawn immediately the following morning. They were so friendly and helpful and made contact with our house sitter and arrived at our place within 30 minutes. The service rep put our house sitter and ourselves at ease and repaired the furnace quickly and efficiently. He was amazing.
